The garage measures 13 feet long by 93 inches wide. Actual clearance when benches are folded up is 83 inches wide and 74 inches high at back section. We can provide weight distribution hitch (sway control) if requested. Flexible pick-up and drop-off times. Fill up and dump the trailer yourself, or we can do both for you for an extra $75 fee. Propane tank can be provided for a one-time $35 fee and can last about a week with normal use. The freshwater tank holds about 70 gallons and the black and gray tanks each hold about 40 gallons. Gasoline-powered electric generator can be provided for an extra $125 fee if you won't have hook-ups (one-time fee for the whole trip, and includes 6 hours per day of use). Generator gives you up to 13 hours of electricity per gas tank and you can always take an extra gas can to get more use out of it.
