Cozy 4 bedroom 2.5 bath house surrounded by beautiful quit wooded area. Wake up to the birding singing and the possible moose in the yard. House includes fireplace, elliptical trainer, fully furnished kitchen, bed linens, and barbecue grill. Master bedroom (1) has a king size bed and half bath, bedroom (2) has a queen size bed, bedroom (3) has two twin beds, bedroom (4) has a full size bed, laundry room/office also has a queen bed and there is a sofa sleeper that is the size of full plus a addition twin fold up bed. The great room is has a love seat and full couch with a 60" HDTV with BluRay. The driveway has plenty of parking for for guests and then some. There is a additional charge $25.00 per person per night after six occupies. Plus a $150 cleaning fee upon leaving. Check in is at 4pm and checkout is at 11am.
