This condo has been newly furnished and is used exclusively for short-term rentals. It is the bottom floor of a two family brick house, at the end of a cul de sac, minutes from the highway and public transportation.
There are four bedrooms, two with queen size beds, one with two twin beds, and one with a full pull-out sofa bed. The bathroom tub and shower was newly renovated last year with Newpro and the floors were recently refinished.
You will have a private parking spot in front of the house and a private entrance. We live in a friendly neighborhood. Walk to pubs, cafes restaurants, Whole Foods, YMCA, parks, churches, banks, and more! Short drive to public pools, splash pads, and lakes in the summer. We live very close to the Mass Pike, Commuter Rail and Express Bus to Boston. The express bus to Boston is a quick 2-3 minute walk away. Once on the bus, it's about a 15 minute ride into the city.
I am available to offer help throughout your stay. My family and I live upstairs.
Cleanliness and being eco friendly is important to us. We have solar panels on the house and use eco friendly cleaning products. We have put white noise makers in each bedroom for sleeping comfort.
