The whole family can spread out and kick back in bliss with a bright interior, beautiful decor, and a spacious layout. Everyone will feel at home, with each bedroom boasting an en suite bathroom. Start each dreamy day with a cup of coffee on one of the two ocean-facing decks with Adirondack deck chairs. After a full day of fun on the sand or in town, hop into the full kitchen, complete with a gas range, ample countertop space, and appliances to whip up anything from a quick snack to a gourmet meal. Plus, the kitchen also features a small desk space that will be perfect for those who need to get somework done while away. When nights come to a close, don't hesitate to play a movie on the large TV while lounging on the sectional as the fire warms your toes.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
Located in Newport, this vacation home is in the city center and near the beach. Rogue Ales Microbrewery and Agate Beach Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Lost Creek State Park and Devil's Punch Bowl State Park. Oregon Undersea Gardens and The Wax Works are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
