Spacious place to spend some quality time with the family. Those that enjoy "glamping" will love all the amenities that our little home away from home provides. The best feature for me is the endless hot water from the on-demand water heater!
There are 3 flat-screen TVs, surround sound, kids room, bunk beds, extra beds from the love seat and dining table for a double size bed each, an extra
flip-up counter for more space, automatic self-leveling system, 4 slide-outs to expand the space, 2 air conditioners, and a private master bedroom with pocket doors and queen size bed, private TV, plenty of storage, and built in USB charger beside the bed! There are many useful things that are provided to make your trip enjoyable: cups, bowls, plates, silverware, 2 platters, 4 Cup Coffee Maker w/filters, toaster, pots and pans, griddle, cooking utensils, some spices, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, trash cans ( inside and outside), outdoor rug, swiffer mop, broom and dustpan, cleaning supplies to keep our camper looking nice, small table for outside, 4 folding chairs, black water tank treatment additives, cutting board and knives, knife sharpener, cereal container, crock pot w/liners, wine opener, extra batteries for the remotes, measuring cup, colander, dish rags, and hand towels. Linens and bath towels are available upon request.
This travel trailer does require a 50 AMP site to run both air conditioners at the same time! Renters are expected to empty all gray and black water tanks before returning. An additional fee will be applied if not done. A $50 cleaning fee is included and is
non-refundable due to extra covid-19 cleaning guidelines. UV-C light used to kill bacteria & germs!
