Our love for yoga runs deep, but it's our community and students that truly motivate us. Practicing and teaching yoga isn't just something we enjoyit's essential to who we are. Yoga has offered us peace, healing, health, passion, power, love, and unity. We believe it can do the same for you. You're here for a reason too. When studios became less accessible, we responded to the needs of our community by creating free yoga sessions at local beaches and parks. These spaces became places where people felt safe and comfortable to gather and practice yoga. Whether anyone showed up or not, we were just happy to give and practice. But what happened next was amazing. Dozens of people started coming to our gatherings, and now we have hundreds of students who regularly attend our yoga and sound bath sessions at the beach and park. We aim to offer a high-quality yoga experience that is diverse and accessible to all levels, enriched with deep spiritual symbolism and the magical touch of Gong and Crystal Bowl sound baths. With 37 years of yoga experience as both students and leaders, we organically grow into spaces where there’s a need for higher levels of love and inclusiveness. Our favorite feedback is hearing that people are making new friends through what we’re doing. Beyond our community gatherings, we now offer local and international yoga retreats. These adventures are filled with immersive, cultural, and spiritual experiences designed to awaken the deepest and most passionate parts of yourself.
