This thoughtfully decorated, spacious home is perfect for you and your family to enjoy a quintessential New England fall in Newburyport. Located on a wide, quiet street just a block from the water. Also, just a short 15 minute walk from downtown and a 10 minute drive to Plum Island!
Features two large bedrooms with queen beds and large closets and a third bedroom turned into a workout studio (full access to your very own Peloton)! Pop-up bed frame and air mattress available to turn workout room into a bedroom if desired. We also have a large third floor office for a comfortable work from home experience! Our backyard space features a Weber grill, string lights and a Solo Stove for dining outside on a cozy fall night.
Newburyport is home to this condo. Hampton Beach and Parker River National Wildlife Refuge reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include The Collection and Custom House Maritime Museum. Sisters We Three and Lowell's Boat Shop are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
