3BR House Vacation Rental in New Port Richey, Florida

This is a house that my wife and I bought in May 2010, and completely renovated and refurnished to our liking. It is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and is approximately one to two houses from a canal that leads to the Gulf of Mexico.

The house has new wooden floors throughout. The master bedroom, complete with a master bathroom, is quite comfortable with a 32" inch television. Down the hall there is a guest bedroom with a hallway bathroom, and an office with a daybed and Wi-Fi computer. The house is furnished with brand new furniture throughout, including new appliances. The home has a large kitchen that opens out into the living area with a wood burning fireplace and 50" television.

There is a porch with plastic panels that can be lifted so that you can enjoy the outdoors. Parking is in the home's two car garage. There is a community pool that can be used by your family that is very clean and comfortable.

You will have easy access to the sights of Central Florida without all of the crowds. We are located 10 minutes from Innsbrook Golf Resort, 20-30 minutes from Clearwater Beach, 30 minutes from Tampa Airport, 45 minutes to Busch Gardens and 90 minutes to Orlando.
