Centrally located close to shopping, water front restaurants and beaches.
Two bedrooms with large closets. One three piece washroom and one with a shower and toilet.
Large kitchen with loads of cupboards and large work space with breakfast nook.
Kitchen overlooks the large comfortable living area.
Off the living room is a dining area with a cozy nook with leather couch and chairs for relaxing
away from the television. A great place to settle with a book.
There are large windows off living area which provides a great view of the backyard and water.
There a door leading from dining area to the large lynai.Enjoy sitting in this furnished area when it
is raining. A great place to share a family meal . There are two ceiling fans to keep you cool on those warm days and evenings.
Relax by the dock and watch the boats, manatees and dolphins.
Looking for paddling on the river by kayak.
Our home is located on a very quiet residential street. In the mornings it is a pleasure to sit on the
private front porch and enjoy the quiet, vegetation and birds.
It is a wonderful area to take a walk. Walking trails are an easy drive.
The historic town of New Port Richey is a short walk away.....
