Our 2 bedroom / 2 full bath, waterfront vacation house has everything necessary to make special memories, including a fully equipped kitchen with newer stainless appliances as well as front-load washer & dryer, and a 4-person hot tub spa, which is secluded in the private courtyard. There are 2 large HD TV’s equipped with Verizon cable access, one in the Great/Living Room and also one in the master bedroom; as well as fishing poles, & games. The master bedroom features a King bed with private master bath, while the second bedroom has a Queen bed. Wireless High Speed Internet access is provided, but please bring your PC. Enjoy fabulous sunsets at the local gulf coast beaches within a short drive. The house is fully and beautifully furnished in a nautical ‘beachy’ theme, and is located 15 miles north of Clearwater in New Port Richey on a Gulf waterfront community. Since owners utilize this as their own property, they are focused on quality and cleanliness - so kitchen supplies, furniture, beds, linens, etc. exceed those found in many vacation rentals. House has an entire-house double filter water system; plus a 3rd filter on refrigerator. In your initial email, please include information about your family/group.
