Bird watching and kayaking are popular activities right here in this neighborhood! Take a walk through our River Park, see the lobster boats coming in as you cross the Grand Avenue bridge, one of the few steel swing bridges in operation in Connecticut today.

Off street parking and driveway available. There is easy access to I-91 and I-95 and there are several bus routes in this area for public transportation to Yale and the downtown area.
