JMD Partners was founded in 2004 by Alex Dubovoy. Alex had many years of experience in the staffing agency but always knew that there was a better way to do business than the “norm”. While most agencies played the numbers game, by sending any resume possible with the correct buzzwords, our vision was a different one. We believe that people hire people, not resumes or buzzwords.
