1. ATI's FLUKE multimeter includes batteries. However, due to Customs regulations, a plastic film is wrapped outside the batteries in the battery jar. Please remove the plastic film before using.
2. Multimeters are made by FLUKE manufacturer in China. Now China Fluke manufacturers don't provide printed English user manual. The meter comes with an English user manual printed by us.
