In March 2020, Elizabeth Sample and Brenda Powers sold PH 75AB at The Residences at The Mandarin Oriental for $32 Million/ $6,007 a ft. In May 2019, they sold at 1010 Park Avenue 3-4 for $24.75M. They were responsible for the sale of The Plaza Hotel’s residential PH-2003 for $29M in March 2019 and PH-2009 for $32.7M in 2017. The sale of PH-2003 was the highest dollar per square foot ever achieved in the building. Additionally, in November 2018, they closed on 432 Park Avenue upper floor B line for $29M. In January 2019, they closed on Apt 75CE at 80 Columbus Circle Residences. They were also responsible for the highest sale ever at the Residences at The Mandarin Oriental New York, PH-77B closed for a record $38.9M or $8062 per square foot. In 2016, they handled the sale of PH-78 at 25 Columbus Circle for $51.5M and 157 West 57th Street Apt 62A for $31M. In 1998 they sold the Pierre PH Triplex for $20.5M – the largest deal ever transacted at that time.

Elizabeth is the Board President of Residences at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, New York and is on the board of the Master Association of the acclaimed Time Warner Center, where Elizabeth and Brenda have transacted over half a billion dollars to date. She and her business partner, Brenda Powers, were recently included in the The Wall Street Journal & REAL Trends 2019 exclusive list of the top 0.1% of all realtors nationwide ranked #3 in 2019. They were also ranked by Sotheby’s International Realty in 2018 as the top 100 agents worldwide. They are listed among NRT’s top 1% in sales from 2011-2019 and were identified by The Real Deal as the fifth-highest listing brokers in 2010 and 2011, sixth-highest in 2012 and 2013, and twelfth in 2014. They held listings in Forbes “Top 10 Most Expensive Properties for Sale” in 2004-2007, 2009, 2010,2013, and 2015.
