Hilmi has been a chef in the New Orleans area for the past ten years. He is very passionate about his food, and takes two things in particular very seriously: freshness and quality. He's an outgoing person who will visit tables himself to ensure a good dining experience. Following Katrina, he has decided to come back and assist in rebuilding the city by opening his own restaurant. He is not in it for the business, he's here for his friends, the customers. Pyramids Cafe, located at 3151 Calhoun St., serves fresh, authentic and healthy Mediterranean cuisine. Visit us any day of the week, 11AM through 9PM for lunch or dinner with your family and friends.
