This early 1900s Nashville vacation home has been completely restored with an open floor plan, 13-foot ceilings, and hardwoods throughout. Stroll up the front porch from brick-lined 3rd Ave N and be welcomed by a southern "Hey Y'all". Enter the front door to spacious living, dining and kitchen on the right and gaze straight ahead on full length of this "Shotgun House". Furnished with groups and families in mind there is plenty of seating in the living area and decor that oozes with Music City southern charm. Farm table dining allows plenty of seating for the whole group also. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the necessities for cooking up a grand meal, or just re-heating left-overs from one of downtown Nashville's many local restaurants.

The house has three bedrooms and two full baths. The master boasts a comfy memory foam king bed and full en-suite bath with a very special treat; the original 100 year-old claw-foot tub graces the master with charm and history. The second bedroom offers lots of sleeping with 4 beds total; two twin daybeds, each with a twin trundle. Next up the hallway is the second full bath with a tub/shower combination. The third and final bedroom is outfitted with a charming queen bed, and a private 2nd door to the full bath. The modern kitchen opens to a spacious living room with a two full futons for extra sleeping options, and plenty of additional seating. The house is equipped with a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi TV. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, a coffee maker, gas stove, dishwasher, and basic cooking supplies.
