This is a two story loft apartment in a detached carriage house/garage. The open upstairs level sleeps four with a queen size bed, two twin beds, dividing curtain, smart TV and a full bath. The first floor has a full kitchen, dinning area
for 6, sitting area with a sleeper sofa, half bath and separate washer & dryer. There is a dedicated garden patio with teak furniture and outdoor lighting; this is a great place for your morning coffee, happy hour or to star gaze while you listen to the waves. There is a designated parking space in the driveway and free off street parking as well. For your convenience there is beach wagon, beach towels, toys and chairs, a cooler, an umbrella and FOUR BEACH PASSES.
It is located in Narragansett's Historic Pier Neighborhood just a few blocks from the Atlantic Ocean and a ten minute walk to the town beach. Also within walking distance are shops, restaurants, parks, play grounds, tennis courts, bocci courts, basketball courts, surfing, surf rentals and shops, the library, a bowling ally and access to the 14 mile bike path. The Pier is spread out but our quiet, convenient location offers the best of everything. Come enjoy!
Located in Narragansett, this guesthouse is near the beach. Block Island Ferry and Cliff Walk are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Thames Street and Bowen's Wharf. Adventureland and Warzone Paintball & Airsoft Park are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
