This two-story home boasts a beautiful Master Suite on the main floor, has a romantic flair with a beachy theme. There is a King bed, walk-in closet with safe, large bath with shower and over-sized tub. Glass doors open to the walled courtyard, pool, and spa. A night swim or a soak in the spa gives you the "ahh, I am finally on vacation" feeling. Across the courtyard in our cabana are private guest quarters with a Queen Bed, a kitchenette, full bath, and a private entry. Upstairs are 3 guest bedrooms. There is a queen bed and twin bed in the first room. The second room has 2 twins and a half bath. The 3rd room has 2 twin beds. There is a full bath with shower in the hall. Our housekeeping is using bleach in approved amounts for enhanced cleaning. As the owners, we manage our own homes. Feel free to ask us for information about restaurants, boat rentals, fishing opportunities, golf courses, kids activities. Our guests in Ritzy Rabbit enjoy the enclosed heated in-ground pool and spa. They love the short walk or bike ride to the white sands of Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins State Park. The villa is conveniently located just five and a half blocks from the beach and not far from the "NEW Uptown", Mercato. Mercato is the newest HOT SPOT in Naples with dining, shops, Bars, Movies, and nightlife. It features a Whole Foods Market. Ritzy Rabbit is not far from golf courses, tennis courts, library, movie theaters, nature preserves, the zoo. A short walk to beautiful Delnor-Wiggins State Park (pass included) on the beach takes only about 15 minutes, or grab a bike and be there in just a few minutes, (we provide Delnor-Wiggins State Park Pass for free entry and parking at the beach). Dining on the Beach at the Ritz Carlton is a treat you won't want to miss. For an "Old Florida Flair" Try the Lighhouse and sit on the Bay.
The kitchen is truly gourmet, with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Includes everything you need to prepare a Holiday meal. The separate cabana is great for the grandparents, that teenager, or the newlyweds. The upstairs with three bedrooms makes this a great area for children. A TV allows them to have their own space.
