Completely remodeled home with open floor plan, located in Naples Park and about 2 miles from Vanderbilt beach & Delnor Wiggins State Park beach. It's also conveniently aituated near Mercato, a high-end shopping, dining, night-clubbing & theater experience. It's also walking distance from local bakeries, restaurants, pharmacy and well-known places such as Trader Joe's, Marshals, Publix and Walmart.
The pool area is beautifully landscaped with a variety of tropical trees and colorful plants complimented with travertine stone pavers. Amenities include hot tub, towels large outdoor umbrella, table with chairs, lounge chairs, hammock and BBQ gas grill.
The spacious great room provides ample comfortable seating, a massage chair, large smart TV and WIFI. The dining room, which overlooks the pool area, seats 6 to 8 people.
This home features a high-end kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertop, wine cooler and a view to other rooms and pool area. There is travertine tile flooring throughout, except in the bedrooms which contain bamboo wood flooring.
The master bedroom has a king bed and it's own private bath with jetted shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and door to adjoining bath with jacuzzi tub. The 3rd bedroom has twin beds.
Other amenities included: hand towels, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, hair dryers, playpen, bikes and some pool floats.
It's the perfect get-away for anyone wishing to completely relax and enjoy fun and good times in one of the most desirable beach destinations in the country.
Located by the sea, this vacation home is in Naples Park, a neighborhood in Naples. Shoppers can check out Fifth Avenue South, while everyone can enjoy the natural beauty of Vanderbilt Beach and Naples Beach. Sun N Fun Lagoon and Golisano Children's Museum of Naples are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with ecotours and cycling nearby.
