Welcome to your new vacation home in Countryside Golf & Country Club! We are a private gated community just a 15 minute drive away from Old Naples 5th Avenue shopping, restaurants, Naples Pier, and scenic area beaches. Drive out of our rear gate and across Radio Road to a full service shopping center with a Publix, Starbuck's, restaurants, and a Walgreens. Our community features an 18 hole Arthur Hill designed golf course with a driving range which also includes chipping and putting practice areas. We have an active tennis program, water aerobics, dinner dance functions, bridge, cribbage, mahjong, bingo, book club, yoga, and other activities including a fitness center to keep your mind and body active during your stay with us. Your monthly stay will include the full membership of both golf and social privileges.
Your 3rd floor unit (top) lanai overlooks the 10th green, and the 16th tee box and fairway is just across the lake so you can enjoy watching both the golfers and the local birds who inhabit our community. Down the elevator and just steps away from your front door are the tennis court, pool, and spa area dedicated to your condo. Covered parking for your car and extra parking for your guests is also included. Our unit was completely renovated in December of 2015 with all new furniture, flat screen televisions, carpeting, lighting, window treatments, linens, kitchen cookware, and dinnerware. If you enjoy cooking, you will find everything you need at your home away from home. The master bedroom includes a king bed and a dedicated bathroom and walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and is steps away from a full bath. Your unit has a full size washer and dryer. Wireless connectivity is already in place for a minimal fee per month. If you wish, we can arrange for housecleaning on a weekly basis with our own helper and you would deal directly with her based upon your schedule and needs.
