Cypress Woods is a private gated community that has immaculate grounds, 2 swimming pools, tennis court, pickle ball courts, clubhouse with a dining room and bar area as well as a fitness center. These facilities are within a short walk from our unit. All amenities are included in your rental. Rentals must be a minimum of 30 days. All amenities are included with your membership transfer.
Our 2 bedroom, 2 full bath with den overlooks the 18th fairway. The unit is located on the second floor with minimal steps and a 2 car garage. A total of 6 people can be accommodated.
The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and walks out to the lanai. The Master Bathroom has two sinks, soaking tub and shower.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and a full bathroom. The den has a queen size sleep sofa with solid doors for privacy.
All bedrooms have tv's and there is a new smart TVs in the family room. Wi-Fi is provided throughout the unit.
For those that have work to do while visiting, we have a desk in the den for your comfort.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you might need. You just need to provide the food. The breakfast nook seats 4 and has direct access to the lanai.
The family room is over sized with cathedral ceilings and plenty of seating. The formal dining room seats up to 8 people.
We are close to major retailers and Interstate 75. Minutes to the beach and shopping!
You may receive UPS and FedEx mail at the condo. USPS mail is NOT available.
Located in Naples, this condo is in the city center and near the beach. Coconut Point Mall and Fifth Avenue South are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Vanderbilt Beach and Bonita Springs Public Beach. Check out an event or a game at Hertz Arena, and consider making time for Naples Zoo at Caribbean Gardens, a top attraction not to be missed. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
