Location - Park Place is centrally located in Montreat, directly across the street from beautiful Robert Lake Park and the Montreat tennis courts. We are walking distance to everything in Montreat, a 5 minute drive to Black Mountain town center, and a 20 minute drive to downtown Asheville and Biltmore.

Located within walking distance to all of the Montreat attractions and inside the Conference Center area, Park Place is less than a 5 minute walk to Lake Susan, 5 minute drive to Black Mountain, and 20 minute drive to Asheville.
This is an ideal spot for families as well as a girls' getaway or men's golfing group.
Located in Black Mountain, this vacation home is in the mountains. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Blue Ridge Parkway Asheville Entrance and Pisgah National Forest, while White Horse Black Mountain and Swannanoa Valley Museum are cultural highlights.
