This home has an exceptionally large wooded fenced yard with a screen porch and expansive deck area and outdoor bar for enjoying the tropical garden and water feature. The home has hardwood floors and is decorated with oil paintings, handsome leather furniture, big screen TVs, and two office areas. There is a fully equipped living room and attached oversized two-car garage. The community allows boats, RV's, motor homes, Jet skis and almost all your toys for great lowcountry adventures. Rental rates depend of length of stay. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and the two guest rooms both have queen beds. Mt. Pleasant ordinance only allows 3 unrelated parties per single family residence. Rental rates depend of length of stay and season. Minimum rental period is one week (7 days).
