Dr Elizabeth Williams - MORRISVILLE, NC

Dr. Elizabeth Williams grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma, but moved to Florida for her undergraduate degree. She received her undergraduate degree from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida. She continued her education at Duke University in Genetics before realizing her true dream of veterinary medicine and attending North Carolina State University to receive her veterinary degree.

Dr. Williams quickly realized while in vet school that she wanted to have an integrative approach to veterinary medicine. She continued her education by pursuing alternative forms of veterinary medicine, like acupuncture, which is used as a complement to conventional medicine. Dr. Williams completed her training in veterinary acupuncture from the Chi Institute in Reddick, Florida. She also received additional training in Tui-Na (chiropractic massage) and herbal therapy from Chi. Dr. Williams has also received her certification in physical rehabilitation from the Canine Rehabilitation Institute in Coral Springs, FL and offers these services to her Whole Health patients as well.

In her spare time, Dr. Williams enjoys the outdoors, traveling and spending time with her husband, David, their daughter, Ella, and their furry family, a dog named Kenzi, and a cat named Maggie. Dr. Williams will see a variety of patients including dogs, cats and horses, but is also willing to see exotic animals and other large animals.
