4BR Cottage Vacation Rental in Monticello, Indiana

Our boat and boat lift is not included. You can rent a boat or jet ski or bring your own and enjoy the day out on the water. There are a couple nice restaurants with boat access for you to enjoy. Also a nice sandbar approximately a mile away on the Lake where they park their boats and play volleyball. The floating Swimming deck in picture is neighbors and has been removed. The depth of water is 3 to 4' off our seawall. The depth off the end of our dock is 8 to 10' with it gradually getting deeper. You can either drive your boat to the Indiana Beach Amusement park or take the car as its just a short distance away. There is a nice outdoor movie theater in Monticello. Monticello and the Lake area offers many nice restaurants, marinas, golf courses and is a nice area to relax and enjoy. Approximately 25 minutes away you can rent Kayaks, canoes or tubes & float down the Tippecanoe River. Also we are about 25 minutes away from France Park where you can Scuba Dive, walk trails, or even dive off cliffs. MAXIMUM 8 persons with a MINIMUM 7 night stay. We do NOT allow pets. Non smoking environment. Fire pit available by Lakeside. We have a book with all the area attractions ready for when you check in. We did not sign up for the mobile hospitality site as you will receive your lease, access code and information directly from us prior to your arrival.
