Yoga is the virtuosity in becoming yourself! We all have the same muscles, bones, and our bodies follow the same bio-mechanical principles, yet some are super stiff, and others are open to a fault. Recognizing what we have and how we relate to it, has everything to do with how we FEEL. Learning about our bodies, how to access strength and flexibility, takes skill, practice and all the basic skills needed to cultivate any relationship. In this workshop you will explore the nature of your muscles, learn what to do about stiffness, and how to really build strength. We will learn how to work with YOUR body to make that relationship a successful one.
