At Serenity Wellness & Therapy, our mission is to help you live well! Through psychotherapy, life coaching, & career coaching, we work with motivated individuals to reduce their symptoms of stress & anxiety, as well as set and achieve goals. Together, we discuss ways to cope, how to set boundaries, and when to say "no". We also work with teens (ages 15 +) and adults who experience anxiety, panic attacks, social phobia and low self-esteem. We are an African American and women owned business, proud to serve the Essex County, Montclair, Newark, Glen Ridge, Bloomfield, Essex Fells, Caldwell, Cedar Grove, Millburn, Roseland, Verona, Clifton, and West Orange areas.
