So it's summer and You are tying the knot this Fall.... now is the time to get in shape and tone up those Babe-a-licious curves. Join Omni in a kick your butt into shape and calm yourself WAY down Yoga Series.... Starting Sunday June 28th, 10 weeks to change your body and your approach to this crazy wedding process. Start your week off right with this afternoon intensive: Sundays from 1-3pm just for the Off-beat Bride. We will also cover HEALTHY ways to shed the weight and keep it off and Learn how humor is the best medicine...reading passages from other bride experiences.
After getting married this past October and planning every detail of the wedding (on a budget mind you), Omni considers herself a survivor....
