8-week Doumbek classes taking place in Montclair (September 6 - October 25), $16 per class

Class #1: Doumbek for Beginners
Time: Saturdays, 12noon-1pm

Classes will cover basic Doumbek instruction and the popular rhythms of the Middle East. This class is geared for individuals who have little Doumbek/percussion experience.

Class #2: Intermediate Doumbek Instruction:
Time: Saturdays, 1pm-2pm

Classes will revisit the popular Middle Eastern rhythms, and will focus on new rhythms, rhythm embellishment, finger work, and proper Doumbek technique. This class is geared for individuals who have completed my beginner's class and feel comfortable with more advanced material.
