Domenico Grillo is your Master Chef and Host Extraordinaire. He has been in the restaurant business for most of his life. He is definitely a "hands on" Restaurateur with a passion for fine food and fine dining. Domenico himself designed Valentina's interior. He even has a wonderful talent for oil painting. Some of his work is proudly displayed in the Bellagio Room at his restaurant. No detail was overlooked during the planning of the restaurants famous interior. You really must see it to appreciate it. There are beautiful Crystal Chandeliers and gleaming mahogany bars. There is leaded glass doors, luxurious velvet draperies, imported granite and slate and even Roman columns and hand-painted ceilings. And the restroom can not be missed! Truly opulent. It is an exquisite palazzo. Don't be surprised if you come in and see him on stage singing one of his favorite Sinatra tunes either. He often joins his band on stage to serenade his customers. He is always there with a warm welcome to his guests and is a delightful conversationalist.
