At Nirvana Grille, our California cuisine menu of diverse bistro classics lets the exceptional quality of ingredients take center stage. This philosophy begins at a local level which is why we work closely with area growers and purveyors to ensure the produce, meat, fish and chicken are of the highest standard. Our wonderful dishes are expertly presented and prepared with American, French and Asian influences. Lindsay Smith-Rosales, co-owner and widely celebrated executive chef, is dedicated to both health conscious and organic ingredients that engage and delight the senses. Her business partner and husband, Luis Rosales, who has trained in service at both the Ritz Carlton Hotel and Montage Resort, adds the perfect touch of class, sophistication and service to each and every plate he presents.
