Empty weight of 3575 lbs, so it can be towed by most SUVs and large Crossovers with brake controllers. (We have a wireless brake controller you can rent. ) Bathroom with toilet, tub, shower. Large fridge/freezer, microwave, flatscreen TV with DVD player. Outdoor shower. Power awning with outdoor speakers. Comes with all the necessities free of charge:

+Weight Distribution Hitch (You need a 2" receiver with round 7 pin connection on your vehicle)

Power: The systems in this RV require a 30 amp plug for everything to work. We do have a 110 adapter that can be used with standard household outlets, but that is not enough power to run the A/C. Using your own generator must be approved in advanced as not are powerful enough for RV A/C units. We do have a generator and solar panels available.
