Ardell Brown Classic Cars is a Midvale, UT classic car dealership, specializing in stylish, professionally preserved cars from days gone by. Ardell is a car guy at heart! He started selling and working on cars as a teenager. He has a love for cars that is unsurpassed by almost anyone. One of his claims to fame is collecting the same cars now what he sold new as a young man.
Ardell is the previous owner of Ardell Brown Auto Sales and Ardell Brown RV sales. He sold his RV Dealership in 2001 and went to “Retirement”. He is actually busier now that he has retired than was when owning his dealerships! His collection is currently over 100 cars. It includes a 1912 Model T Ford, a 1930 Cord L-29, a 1934 Pierce Arrow “The Ab Jenkins Special”, a 1949 Woodie Wagon. He also has an antique fire truck. As a collector and auction follower, he got featured on the news series. Wrecks to Riches on The Learning Channel.
Ardell has been married for over 50 years. He and his wife Donna have 5 children and 9 grandchildren including two sets of twins! As his love for cars grows, so does his love for helping out various charities through car shows. He opened his car collection for the benefit of the Boy Scouts and the Utah Cruisin’. After participating in the Concours d’Elegance for many years, he was approached to be the chairman of the show. His love for cars and people has kept him in the position as Chairman for the last 5 years.
He can be seen at many car auctions including the Barrett Jackson, Mecum, and Hot August Nights.
He is also with the Draper-Riverton Rotary Club.
