Named after Earnest Hemingway's famed fishing boat, Pilar Restaurant and Bar is looking to shake things up in Aventura, Florida. The revamped modern American restaurant offers an epicurean experience with a combination of culinary classics and a warm and gracious staff, making the tucked away hideaway the perfect destination for delectable yet casual decadence. Offering Lunch, Dinner and of course Happy Hour, our Executive Chef Erica Nicholl has created each menu featuring brasserie comfort food with nightly dinner offerings with choice of family style sides. With an emphasis on the restaurant's fresh seafood selection and the finest local and imported ingredients, laudable items include Mama's Latkas with Homemade Cinnamon Apple Sauce and Sour Cream; Pan-Seared Scottish Salmon with Citrus Herb Quinoa, Oven Roasted Tomato, Chive Beurre Blanc; and 14oz.
