Mike is the CEO and founder of Superior Home Solutions in Miami, Florida. Mike buys and sells houses plus he also does lease options or rent to own properties. He has been wholesaling, land lording and rehabbing for over 10 years and not only does he have a lot of experience, he also enjoys every second it.
Mike was was born and raised in Nicaragua and moved to the US at age 17. After graduating college, he worked in the mortgage industry where he learned how to originate loans and run a business. With his entrepreneur spirit, soon after he started in the mortgage business, he opened his very own mortgage company. Slowly Mike got more and more involved in real estate until he started doing it full time.
In the past Mike has volunteered with the Salvation Army during hurricane relief, He has been a buddy to terminally ill patients, as well as visited nursing homes to care for different end of life patients. In Mike's free time he enjoys reading and he is always up to learning something new - whether it’s through a book, a workshop, or a seminar. He travels several times a year to Asheville, NC to be amongst the mountains and nature, and he hopes to someday retire there.
