Restaurant Description
Los Ranchos restaurant established in July of 1981 introduced Miami's multi-cultural society to the heartiness and richness of Los Ranchos' now internationally renowned signature dishes. From humble beginnings at its Sweetwater (Miami) location, with a maximum seating for 55 people, and a staff of 15 employees. Los Ranchos today operates five restaurants, each with a 200 person seating capacity, and employing more than 250 full-time employees. As they continue to celebrate years of tradition, fine cuisine and excellent service, Los Ranchos continue to provide quality food and service at moderate prices in a warm, family style atmosphere. Los Ranchos' high standards in food and service have earned the group with a long list of industry awards and accolades.
Best Known For...
A Latin American style menu that gave them instant success with their signature dishes of "Churrasco" (a center cut tenderloin charbroiled steak), "Gallo Pinto" (a combination of rice and small red beans), and "Tres Leches" (their unique and rich dessert).
