Le Parc at Brickell is a 12-story, 128-unit luxury boutique condominium to be developed in Miami's upscale Brickell neighborhood featuring exclusive designs and furnishings inspired by Ligne Roset. Planned by a joint venture between ALTA Developers and Strategic Properties Group, Le Parc at Brickell will be located at 1600 SW 1st Avenue adjacent to Miami's Brickell Financial District - with groundbreaking scheduled for October 2013 and completion slated for late 2014. The boutique building will feature exclusive designs and furnishings inspired by Ligne Roset® - the award-winning luxury furniture designer’s first residential development in the United States.
