Red South Beach Hotel at 3010 Collins Avenue was built in 1930 and is in the “Collins Waterfront” historic district . The building is considered to be in the Moderne Style or “Streamline” Moderne which took influence from the new “streamlined” character of luxury cruise liners and automotives of the 1930’s.
