When you rent our motor home, you pretty much only need to bring your food, clothing, toiletry items and your CD’s and DVD’s. Our RV also has an excellent TV antenna, GPS navigation, and a lot of USB and 110V charging stations for all your gadgets.

The Mercedes-Benz 3500 Sprinter chassis that the Forest River Motor home is built on offers all the technology features and safety that Mercedes-Benz and Forest River is known for, such as 3 safety cameras (1-right, 1-left, and 1-rear facing camera. Images are displayed on rear view screen. Bluetooth hands free cell phone connection and hi-quality audio system with 4 speakers mounted inside and 2 speakers outside. Two LCD TV’s with DVD, main cabin, 16’ powered awning with bright LED lighting, and an automatic power step when you open the coach door. 50.3 Cu. Ft of exterior storage. The coach features a full length Slide-Out on the driver’s side which increases the width of the coach. The coach will sleep 5 with a walk around queen bed. The Dinette turns into a full size bed and another queen bed is above the cockpit that can house a 6+ foot man. There is under bed storage and a large closet where you can hang your clothes. 3 Mattress pad covers are included in the rental and must be used. The kitchen has a large sink, 3 burner propane stove with an oven underneath and a microwave/convection oven above the stove. Next to the stove is a refrigerator and freezer with an ice cube tray. The bathroom has a flushable toilet, large shower, sink with large vanity and cabinets for your personal belonging and plenty of hot water.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. Pickup time is 3pm drop off time is 9am. There is also a late drop off and early pick up available for a $75 fee.
2. This coach is not available for Burning Man, Coachella or any other Music Festival.
3. Please return the RV "broom clean." This means please remove all trash, wipe off counters and inside the refrigerator also turn it off. Clean toilet, shower, stove, oven, microwave, and sweep the floor.
4. No Smoking allowed in the RV including the electronic cigarettes - Evidence of smoking will be met with a possibility of loosing deposit.
5. No Towing trailers.
Failure to abide by these rules will result in loosing deposit.
