Fully stocked family friendly RV. Includes linens/ bath towels up to 3 provided, dishes and cookware. Bring the whole family with you. This RV legally can travel with 6 seat belted in. It has a drop down full size bed, 2 twin bunk beds plus a king size bed in the bedroom, 2 full bathrooms and a washer a dryer.
Our RV will also come with all of your camping necessities including: water hose with water pressure regulator, sewer hose and accessories, electrical adapters, propane tank, coffee pot, Keurig (Bring your own K-Cups), first aid kit and more.
* No dry camping allowed. RV must be parked at a campground with full hook ups.*

Absolutely NO smoking ; Any signs of smoking/odor 100% of deposit will be lost.
No climbing on Roof (unless owner has approved)
Inventory list (all amenities) check list will be given prior to renting; anything missing and/or broken will be deducted from deposit
All Renters will be obligated to sign Supplemental renters ins. No Exceptions
On Board EZPASS -All tolls during your booking will be deducted from your deposit (any tickets will also be deducted)
Any food left behind is not part of normal cleaning and an additional charge will be deducted from deposit.
Any damages inside or outside will be deducted from deposit, put through insurance any damages not covered by either will be responsibility of renter. Fees will be assessed by owner if issues occur.
Gas/fuel will need to be at same level as to pick up; $10 a gallon will be deducted from deposit
All grey and black tanks will need to come back empty or a charge of $500 will be deducted from your deposit
Propane will need to be filled to same level as pick up; Or a charge of $50.00 will be deducted from deposit.
Lost Keys will be deducted from deposit.
No "Dry" camping, festivals or tailgating . Motorhome needs to be hooked up to water and electricity at all times during rental (minus travel). Loss of full security deposit if not followed plus any damage occurring resulting in no hookup.
