Julie Plautz, DPT, is a Physical Therapist and Center Manager for NovaCare Rehabilitation’s McHenry outpatient physical therapy center. She has achieved success in the treatment of orthopedic or sports medicine injuries both surgical and non-surgical, work conditioning programs and vestibular conditions.

Julie earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Sciences from Marquette University (Milwaukee, WI) in 2003. In 2005, she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy, also from Marquette University. Julie has completed numerous continuing education courses including:

• McKenzie – Part A & B
• Mulligan – Part 1 & 2
• Maitland Manual Therapy – Parts 1, 2, & 3
• McConnell Taping – knee and shoulder
• Vestibular Rehabilitation
• Functional Capacity Evaluations
