We are extremely meticulous about the green coee we source. We work with small farmers at origin who dedicate themselves to and invest in their craft. Specialty coffee is a crop that needs to be invested in, much like a vineyard, and our farmers are devoted to making sure they are optimizing their micro-lot farms and perfecting the coffee they grow.
