2021 Bunkhouse travel trailer - Great family layout with maximized space (dinette and sofa), while still towable with a 1/2 ton. The RV is equipped for six people - additional sleeping areas are dinette and couch folds out for kids or shorter people to sleep. The unit is very well equipped, it has an ice maker, one TV inside and a small one for the outside (can stream WiFi if available, Apply Play over the air or park TV), back up camera, external grill and other common items like chairs, dishes, linens are included (set up for six ocupants). A thorough cleaning and a minimum 18 hour "ventilation" time provided between rentals and all suitable items are washed at max hygiene level.
Weight distribution and sway reduction hitch is included, please check that your vehicle can tow this unit and is within the load limits. You need to have a break controller installed in the tow vehicle.
This is a pet friendly RV - no pet fees, but you are responsible for any damages your pets may create.
This unit is not designed for off road activities - if you plan on taking the RV somewhere other then a RV campground (greenfield camping, boondoggling, outdoor sporting events, festivals etc.) please get permission prior too booking. - Failure to do so, may cause extensive cleaning fees or complete forfeiture of the deposit. - Please note that the RV dose't have a generator - To run A/C you need a minimum 30AMP plug and 3500Watt generator
