When you enter this house, you will see yourself surrounded by water from almost every angle of this house. The water view is truly unique and unlike any other water view on the island.
The house offers you 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom on 3 stories. On the second floor you will find the master bedroom with private bathroom (2 sink, toilet and shower), 2 guest bedroom each with a bathroom, living room, dining area and kitchen. Master bedroom, living room and kitchen have access to the balcony and gorgeous water views. The balcony offers a nice sitting area perfect for the breakfast in the morning.
On the second floor you will find the 3rd bedroom with a king size bed that can be divided in 2 full. In this room you will have a beautiful bar with gorgeous water views. Also on the 3rd floor you will find a office area.
On the first floor you have a over sized 1500 sqft lanai. The lanai is screened and has a huge pool (15x40) and a spa. The covered lounge area is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful. On the lanai you will also find an outside shower and a built in BBQ-Grill. The extended lanai and boat dock gives you additional space to relax.
If you are looking to relax and have some quite time, this is the house to be. The resort style saltwater pool and spa offer you the sun during the entire day. Relax at the covered lounge area with your family and friends.
