Tucked away in the desirable south end of Marco Island right on Caxambas Pass, it's a very comfortable remodeled second-floor condo with a newly installed tile floor that looks like a wood floor.
There are dolphin, bird and boating activities, a wonderful heated pool overlooking the opening of the canal, available boat slips (included with the rental) and only a 10-minute walk to South Beach.
The condo is available anytime after May through the rest of 2018. We'd love to have you as our guests. Monthly rentals requested.
The lanai is large and unique as it runs the entire length of the condo. All three bedrooms open up to a lanai, as does the living room. As you look straight out of the lanai, you see the nicely-landscaped courtyard with a long view of the pool and the waters of Caxambas Pass. Plenty of space for gatherings as well as bedrooms that preserve each guest's privacy.
If you like to fish and own (or rent) a boat, it can be docked in one of our slips, which have water and electric available and are included with the rental. The slips are along Caxambas Pass, enabling easy access to the gulf and surrounding waters; and, Marco Island's Caxambas Park boat put-in is just 100 yards away from our slips.
