The Space: To access the condo, you must enter on the main level and go up a flight of slightly narrow and windy stairs to the entrance to the unit. The main level features two bedrooms, a sitting room, washer/dryer, office space and full bath. There is also access to the private outdoor deck on this floor. To access the living room, dining room, kitchen and another full bath, head up an interior set of windy stairs to the second floor and take full advantage of the views of the harbor from the living room area. Two off-street tandem parking spaces included (will accommodate two medium-sized cars).
Please note that like antique homes in Old Town, the ceiling height on the top floor is lower than the second floor (top floor is 78") and the stairs to our "front" door (second floor) are somewhat narrow and steep.
Parking is easy with two tandem off-street parking spaces available (will accommodate 2 medium-sized cars).
Marblehead is home to this condo. Square One Mall and MarketStreet Lynnfield are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Nahant Beach - Lynn Shore Reservations and Revere Beach Reservation.
