Quiet oceanside canal front 1/2 duplex with beautiful sunrise views. Very quiet, low traffic canal and street. No neighbors across the street or behind the property. Mutton Manor has a private tropical feel in the heart of Marathon but anything you might need is only a couple minutes away. You're within walking distance to Marathon's beautiful Sombrero Beach. Take the two kayaks oceanside for some fun looking for bonefish on the flats, snorkeling, or exploring the mangrove shoreline. Fish right in the backyard for juvenile tarpon, snook, snapper, and ladyfish or just sit in the back, sip your favorite cocktail, and enjoy the view.

Our place is a 2 bed/ 2 bath. Sleeps 4. We like to cater to couples or couples with kids. Large roomy master. The second bedroom is small, 9'x11' and has a large bunkbed that is a queen on the bottom and a long twin on top. Sort of like a loft, the top of the room is open to the living area. Perfect for the kids or a guest.
Our house is well equipped with everything you will need. Cable TV in living room and both bedrooms. Wi-Fi. The tv in living room is a smart tv so you can surf the internet or use your Netflix account, etc.
Bringing a boat? Heads up fisherman this is a great direct ocean access location for your small boat. Just look at the map. No long idles or long shallow channels to deal with. 40' of seawall with whips, ladder and a cutting table.
The flats channel can get a a little skinny at low tide so not recommended for boats bigger than 22' . Access is limited by tide for boats much bigger. You could bring your 28cc, I do, but you will be restricted at lower tides
This is an ideal location for folks with a flats boat looking to stalk some bonefish, or run to the bridge and chase tarpon.
Nicely furnished and decorated. Everything you need is there.
