Little Venice in Marathon is a beautiful 2 bed / 2 bath fully remodeled waterfront home that offers the best Florida Keys Living. There are plenty of fun and adventurous activities to do just steps from your door. Including but not limited to boating, kayaking, biking, sport fishing and many more fun activities. Our home is equipped with everything you may possibly need to spend an enjoyable, relaxing vacation.
Also this dream home has a 50 feet boat dock.
Home Spacious Outside patio with dining table, BBQ, fish cleaning table next to your private dock for your convenience. Enjoy fish sitting in our dock while drinking a cocktail and watching the sunset. fits up to 2 Vehicles in the driveway. The end of the street is also part of our property and can also be used as additional parking or boat trailer parking as long as it’s only on half of the street, meaning you may NOT take up the whole street !
Licensed and inspected by the City of Marathon, license number # vaca - 22-223. Working smoke detectors in very room.
Tips if brining a boat with trailer to our property:
1 - If you have a boat up to 20 - 22 feet it may be parked at the end of dead-end street In front of the home as long as it doesn't block any neighbors. Please send a message to host once’s booked to specify size of boat trailer.
2 - You can storage your boat trailer for a reasonable price and a secure place at various location in marathon. Just make sure you plan ahead of time.

3 - You may also find in google some public boat ramps in marathon within minutes away from our home where you can pay a daily fee to park your trailer and truck depending on a availability.
Once you launch your boat at a local
ramp you can drive it up to our property dock.
