We specialize in lean manufacturing and the use of SMED ( Single Minute Exchange of Dies ) to reduce the set up cost of manufacturing. By doing this we can offer companies the opportunity of reducing inventory cost by providing monthly deliveries of parts instead of a year's supply, turning a fixed cost in to a variable cost.
