Located in the Chamonix complex, this one bedroom +loft has two bathrooms. Downstairs has a bedroom with a queen bed and set of twin bunks, and a full bath. The large living room features a new gas fireplace that is controlled by a smart thermostat and is open to the dining room with a table that seats six. TV has basic cable, blu-ray/DVD player with access to hulu/netflix as well as a chromecast and a soundbar. Wifi included with a new router. Kitchen comes equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, coffee, and the basics for stove top cooking (including oil and spices). Upstairs master loft has a king bed and second bath.

Easy key-less access with a door code. Full access to our large ski locker right next to the unit and benches outside. Unit is just steps away from the common area which features a pool (seasonal), grills, two large hot tubs, a recreation room with a pool table, as well as a sauna and laundry room.

Short walk to the newly renovated canyon lodge (~0.25mi) and easy walk or shuttle to the village (~0.8mi) where you will find ample options for food and fun. Parking passes for 2 cars included.

Note: Unit does not contain a full-size oven, but a 12" countertop convection oven is provided. There are also two slow-cookers available and a large grill on the patio.
